Shiri holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration and is a qualified CPA. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, as well as holding a Master’s degree in law. She specializes in employment law, National Insurance, accounting, and auditing of financial statements. Shiri is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, maintaining high professional and personal standards among the staff, in a warm, family atmosphere.

Ronen holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration, and is a qualified CPA and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Ronen established the firm in Israel after leaving his position as a manager in the tax department of one of the large CPA firms in Israel. Ronen was active as a member of the editing staff of “Misim” (Taxes), the professional magazine published by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, where he contributed from his extensive professional knowledge acquired as a specialist in Israeli, American and international taxation.
